The video must directly correspond to the topic and restrictions established for the selected application. The plot should be entirely devoted to the indicated topic and not touch on it indirectly.

The “Originality of approach” criterion evaluates not only the uniqueness of the idea, but also the innovation in the method of its implementation. It assumes that the blogger not only made a video on a given topic, but did so in an unusual, creative, and memorable way. The video is not similar to other works on similar topics.

The criterion “opinion/attitude/personal conclusions of the author of the video” assesses the extent to which the video reflects the individuality of the creator and is not simply a retelling of someone else’s information. This assumes that the blogger not only presents the facts, but also demonstrates his attitude towards them, draws his own conclusions and shares his thoughts and feelings.

The criterion “The report/video/documentary was shot specifically for the competition” means that the submitted work was created exclusively for this competition and is not recycled, previously published or used in other projects. This is an important criterion to encourage original content and prevent plagiarism.

The “Plot Harmony” criterion evaluates the flow and logical sequence of how information is presented in the video. This means that all the elements (interview questions, timeline of events, voiceover, music, and visuals) come together harmoniously to create a cohesive, easily digestible narrative, without abrupt transitions or inconsistencies.
